Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
This is the personal website of Ms. Molella, an elementary teacher in York Region, Ontario. It exists to share her teaching story. The only place it collects any personal information is the contact form, and this page explains exactly what happens with what you enter there.
What the contact form collects
When you send a note through the contact form, you provide your name, your email address, and the message you write. That is all. There are no accounts to create and nothing else is requested.
How it is used
- Your note is emailed to Ms. Molella so she can read and reply to it.
- A confirmation email is sent back to the address you provided, so you know your note arrived.
Your information is used only to correspond with you. It is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Who helps deliver it
The form uses Mailgun, a third-party email service, to deliver these two messages. Your name, email, and message pass through Mailgun for that purpose and are handled under Mailgun's privacy policy. The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies.
How long it is kept
Notes are kept in Ms. Molella's email inbox only as long as needed to correspond with you, and are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask what information of yours has been kept, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time by emailing hello@msmolella.ca. Because the only data collected is what you choose to send in a note, not sending one means no information is collected.
Children
This site is intended for parents, colleagues, and school administrators. It is not directed at children, and the contact form should be completed by an adult.
Questions
For anything about this policy or your information, email hello@msmolella.ca. This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
